Jewish Teen Program: Shorashim

The Jewish Community Center, Sonoma County's Jewish Teen Program consists of Chaverim and Shorashim (Cotati and Petaluma). This program for 8th through 12th grade Sonoma County Jewish teens provides a unique venue to inspire continued involvement in Jewish life. Members meet for director and guest-speaker led peer dinner discussion evenings, and for social activities and community events. The meetings provide Jewish teens an opportunity to experience social interactions and engaging discussions centered around Jewish ethical topics relating to teens and teen life.

The program's monthly events range from panel discussions, game nights, services and social action to hikes, camping and other celebrations.
