Rachel Biale: Ancient Texts and Contemporary Views

Join us for a Zoom conversation with Rachel Biale, a clinical social worker and author who specializes in young children and families. Born in Kibbutz Kfar Ruppin, Israel, she earned her B.A. and M.A. degrees in Jewish History from UCLA and Master of Social Work from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work, Yeshiva University.

Her first book, Women and Jewish Law is considered a groundbreaking book in Jewish Studies and remains in print 35 years after publication. Her parenting advice book, What Now? 2-Minute Tips for Solving Common Parenting Challenges, was published in 2020.
