Sukkot is the Jewish harvest fest which lasts a week and starts on the
full moon of early Autumn. It is known as “He Chag - THE Holiday” in the Bible, and is a joyful celebration marked with festive meals in a harvest hut known as a Sukkah, and the waving of 4 sacred plant species known as the Lulav and Etrog.

Simchat Torah is the finale of three weeks of holidays. The end and re-starting of the annual Torah reading cycle is marked with dancing, flag processions, and full joy as we celebrate our heritage.
